Nikki Myles is Mental Health & Family Nurse Practitioner. She completed her bachelors and masters of science in nursing at Capella University in 2013 and 2015. In 2019 she graduated from Marian university with her second master?s degree with a focus as a Family Nurse Practitioner. In 2020 She graduated as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has a strong background in mental health nursing and has been in the nursing profession for 25 years.
Nikki Myles is an active member of several professional organizations including the Metro Milwaukee Nurse Practitioners, American Psychiatric Nurses Association, American Nurse Association, Sigma Theta Tau, the international Honor Society of Nursing Phi Zeta Chapter, and was inducted into the international honor society; Capella Nursing Honor?s Society.
She lives with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family.
Dr. Analice Hoffenberg, or Dr. Ana, as she is usually tenderly called by her patients, is the Medical Director at Your Wellness Journey Center. She is Board-Certified in both Clinical General Preventive Medicine and Addiction Medicine.
Dr. Hoffenberg is from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and speaks fluently Portuguese, Spanish and English. She graduated from Medical School at the Universidade Estadual do Rio de Janeiro, and had clinical training in Pediatrics, General Clinical Preventive Medicine and Addiction Medicine, and completed a Master in Science of Public Health, all at the University of Colorado.
Dr. Ana is clinical faculty at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, where she has acquired, over decades of practice, along with years of work in the private sector, extensive experience treating addicted patients with comorbid psychiatric conditions.
She is excited to now open Your Wellness Journey Center, extending her tender loving care to her new patients here.
Andrea received BA degree at Doane college with honors. Worked in lab for cytogenetics while studying at University of Colorado Child Health Associate/physician assistant program. Graduated with master’s degree. She has been blessed with opportunity in primary care and specialty allowing continued growth. Inspired by patients’ and colleagues with their insight and enjoy educating patients to allow active involvement in their health care. Andrea is an advanced practitioner who feels passionate to keep updated on new medical advances, provide great care along with respect and dignity to the individual patient.

Deirdre Fraller, DNP, ANP-C, PMHNP-BC, is the founder, CEO, and Clinical Director of Owl & Eagle Health and Wellness. Known for her compassionate and skilled approach to mental health care, Dr. Fraller creates a welcoming atmosphere for her patients. Her commitment to understanding each individual's unique mental health journey is reflected in her thorough diagnostic evaluations, including detailed histories and in-depth symptom investigations.
Dr. Fraller designs personalized, holistic care plans that may include medication, nutritional guidance, and innovative treatments like ketamine-assisted therapy and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). Outside of the office, Dr. Fraller enjoys "indoorsy" activities like reading, cooking, and watching movies. She also loves playing outside with her family’s menagerie of dogs, cats, goats, and horses. This year, after 10 years in Colorado, she is venturing out of her comfort zone by learning to snowboard!
Dr. Fraller treats patients age 16 and up for all psychiatric conditions. She is accepting new patients and provides visits via telehealth and in-person at our Golden location.

Heather Whiting is a native of Colorado and has been fortunate to serve the community as a physician assistant and patient care advocate since 2003.
She began her pursuit of a career in medicine at the University of Northern Colorado where she earned a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Human Biology. Upon graduation, Heather worked at the University of Colorado Hospital as a Rehab Therapy Technician. She later graduated from the Physician Assistant program at Red Rocks Community College in Lakewood, Colorado with honors and earned a second Master’s degree, a Masters of Medical Science from Saint Francis University.
Heather is very passionate about medicine and believes in caring for the whole patient. She enjoys working side by side with patients striving to achieve optimal physical and emotional health. She is experienced in treating patients across a wide spectrum of disease states and ages, from adolescence to geriatrics. She has special interest in disease prevention and health promotion.
Heather loves spending time with her husband and two sons. They enjoy the beautiful Rocky Mountains, camping, hiking, biking, and snowboarding.
