Sameer Patel is a board certified physician assistant and a native to Orlando, Florida. Sameer attended Florida State University (FSU) for his Bachelor's in Psychology and attended University of Central Florida (UCF) for his bachelor's in Biology. Following graduation he attended Nova Southeastern University-Orlando for his MMSc in Physician assistant studies and graduated with highest honors. Sameer's whole family is involved in different specialties of medicine and taking care of other people.

I offer over 15 years of experience in primary care as well as hormonal and osteopathic manual manipulation treatment and focus my plan of care on the overall individual.
I have earned a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology from Queens College and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the New York Institute of Technology. I have trained in Family Medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center and hold additional qualification certifications in Hospital Medicine, Aerospace Medicine and Critical Care Aerial Transport.
I have a 17-year Reserve Military service history with the United States Air Force having served as a Pararescue Flight Surgeon and Critical Care Transport Doctor, and have also served as a Rescue Flight Surgeon for the NASA Space Shuttle Program. I currently hold privileges at Advent Health Hospitals in the Orlando region.
Dr. Melodie Mope, M.D. obtained her medical degree from St. Matthews University School of Medicine, and completed her Residency at Research Medical Center in Kansas City, Missouri in Family Medicine. Dr. Mope is also the Family Medicine Clerkship Director for FSU's Orlando Campus. She works closely with medical students and helps teach them the importance of giving quality care to all patients. She received an award in 2019 for “Best of the Best in Patient Experience” as well as Orlando Magazine’s Top Doc award 4 consecutive years in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. She will continue to provide that same “award winning” care to her patients in the community she lives in. To her, being a doctor is more than just taking care of a patient, she believes in getting to know her patients and treating them like family, creating an environment and relationship that will help lead to, or continue, a healthy lifestyle for years to come.

Dr. Michael Lomonaco, DNP is a Doctoral Prepared Family Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Lomonaco has been serving the healthcare field for more than 28 years. Dr. Lomonaco wants to help you and your family. Dr. Lomonaco started his healthcare career in the military in 1992 where he served in the US Army as a trauma paramedic. Dr. Lomonaco served his country and continued advancing his academic career in the US Army by working towards his Nursing BSN and MSN and eventually being rewarded with a Doctoral in Family Practice from The University of South Florida. Dr. Lomonaco had a vision to help patients and families while providing an increased access to efficient and affordable healthcare. To make this dream a reality, he would once again need to further his academic education to make a change as an independent healthcare provider, distancing himself from the broken down system. Dr. Lomonaco is constantly refining his practice and is dedicated to providing a high quality, efficent care.
