Dr. Ebere Israel Azubuike, MD ("Dr. Izzy"), is a family doctor serving patients of all ages at Mercy Family Clinic in Dallas, Texas. He has about 15 years of experience, and he specializes in primary care and family medicine. 

Dr. Izzy Azubuike graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch School of Medicine in Galveston, Texas, in 2005. He completed his residency at the Methodist Health System Dallas, Texas, in 2008.

After finishing his formal education, Dr. Azubuike started initially as a hospitalist, seeing patients at various hospitals in Dallas area. During this period he realized that most of his hospital patients do not have a primary care doctor. For this reason, he opened his private practice, Mercy Family Clinic, (M.F.C.) in 2010. His main purpose was to start early preventive care with holistic approach to treatment, hence decreasing the need for these patients to go back to the hospital. A Fremont, Nebraska native, Jose L. Nuño graduated from Fremont Senior High in 2009 and from Midland University in 2013 (Bachelor of Science in Nursing). Mr. Nuño started his medical career first as a Nurse before being accepted into the University of Nebraska Medical Center where he earned his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. Mr. Nuño began his career as a Physician Assistant in Norfolk, Nebraska where he worked in both Vascular surgery and Urgent care. Mr. Nuño was fortunate enough to take over an established medical building owned by Dr. Rodrigo Gomez who has served the Norfolk community for many years and many know as Santa Marianta Clinic PC. Nebraska Health and Wellness Clinic strives to maintain the same goals, missions, visions, and values as Santa Marianta Clinic PC in order to give every patient the best possible provider-patient experience.

Through active listening and thoughtful questioning, I am to deliver a high-quality care that utilizes the most recent advancements in medicine. Mr. Reza Hatefi, PA-C, is a compassionate and experienced physician’s assistant who is fluent in Spanish and Farsi and has been serving patients in and around Raleigh, North Carolina, since 2000. At Select Family Practice, Mr. Hatefi provides attentive, personalized care, taking time to listen to his patients, helping them to improve their overall health and well-being with expert clinical care and lifestyle-management advice.

Mr. Hatefi earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He completed his physician’s assistant training and bachelor’s degree in health science at Methodist College (now Methodist University) in Fayetteville, North Carolina. He’s a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants.

Mr. Hatefi provides a comprehensive range of services for patients of all ages, including wellness exams and DOT physicals, pediatric care, sick visits, X-rays, minor surgeries, and acne treatments. J. Abram McBride, MD, is a board-certified urologist and men’s health specialist with fellowship training in microsurgery, male reproductive medicine, and infertility. He currently provides comprehensive men’s care at his private practice in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Dr. McBride is a proud native of Virginia who served in the Virginia Army National Guard, including overseas for Operation Enduring and Iraqi Freedom.

Between his army tours, Dr. McBride graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville and then received his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School (EVMS) in Norfolk. During his time at EVMS, he was awarded membership in the Alpha Omega Alpha and Gold Humanism Honor Societies.

Throughout his urology residency at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, Dr. McBride learned advanced techniques in robotic, endoscopic, male prosthetic, and reconstructive surgery. He then completed a fellowship in microsurgery, male reproductive medicine, and infertility at the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, where he trained with a world-renowned specialist in male reproductive medicine, Dr. Larry Lipshultz.

After his own experience with infertility, Dr. McBride developed a strong passion for improving men’s health, especially problems related to sexual function and male infertility. Patients of his private practice receive holistic care for conditions such as erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, Peyronie’s disease, and all aspects of male sexual dysfunction.

As a highly experienced microsurgeon, Dr. McBride performs penile implant procedures, vasectomy reversals, varicocele repair, and prosthetic urological procedures. He employs the da Vinci® robotic system and performs endoscopic surgery when possible.

Peter C. Wenger, MD, is an orthopedic and non-operative sports injury specialist at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C., in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. He is board certified in both family medicine and sports medicine. 

Dr. Wenger graduated magna cum laude from Loyola College with a Bachelor of Science in biology. He attended and earned his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Wenger then completed a surgical internship at Rush University in Chicago, Illinois, and was promoted with highest honors. 

Afterward, he completed his residency in family medicine with an emphasis in orthopedics at Hackensack Meridian Health Mountainside Medical Center. Tolulope Olabintan, MD, DipABLM, FAAFP, or “Dr. O” as she is fondly called by her patients, leads the team at Livingspring Family Medical Center, a primary care center located in Mansfield, Texas. She is a Board-Certified Family Physician, a board-certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She also completed a Women’s Health Fellowship and is a certified HIV specialist by the American Academy of HIV Medicine. She has over 13 years of medical experience.

Dr. Olabintan is a life-enthusiast, a Christian, wife, and mom who enjoys good cuisine and can’t get enough of the colors teal and orange. 

She opened Livingspring Family Medical Center to fulfill her vision of creating a center where sincere care meets wholesome care. “Livingspring” was inspired by the Holy Bible describing God as “The Source of Living Waters” and the ultimate source of true healing. After finishing her undergraduate degree in human development and family studies at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, Dr. Black attended medical school. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City (now Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai). Dr. Black even studied as an Arthur Ashe fellow at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and is currently board certified through the American Board of Family Medicine.

Our Primary Care Physician, Dr. Aref Karbasi, is capable of diagnosing and treating a range of conditions for patients across their lifespan.
