Thomas Rambacher, DPM, FACFAS, FAPWCA, is a double board-certified surgeon and wound doctor at Foot Ankle Leg Wound Care Orange County in Mission Viejo, California. He is one of the few wound care specialists and podiatrists in the region who specializes in orthoplastics (flap reconstruction), limb salvage, and highly specialized wound care.
Dr. Rambacher received his degree in podiatric medicine from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio, now called the Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine (KSUCPM).

After completing her residency in 1999 at St. Paul’s Hospital in Dallas, Dr. Dharma single handedly grew her small medical practice into Southwest Family Medicine Associates (SFMA). As the medical director, she brings her passion for innovative and cutting edge technology to the practice, and worked to secure recognition of SFMA as a “medical home” from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA)-an elite accreditation which only 1,500 clinics in the nation hold. Annie Chang, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Heights Dermatology in Houston.
Annie is originally from the Houston area and attended high school at St. Agnes Academy. She graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Nutrition in Business. She obtained her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from UTMB in 2019.
Before completing her graduate studies, she gained hands-on experience working as a clinical care coordinator in hepatology at the Houston Medical Center.
