As a walk-in, I expected to wait several hours to see a doctor. I only waited 20 minutes. Every person I encountered treated me with kindness and companion. The doctor‘s diagnosis was spot on. Within an hour of taking the prescriShow morebed medication I was feeling better and by the next morning I was a new man. I am forever indebted to Williamsburg urgent care. With our healthcare system failing us, it is a relief to find an office still engaged in the highest quality of care!
From the time I walked in the door until I left, my experience was wonderful! The receptionist was so kind and friendly. I didn't have to wait long to first see a nurse. She was very helpful and nice too. Then I saw Dr. DeansShow more who was amazing. She explained what she was going to do and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend this Urgent Care should you need immediate medical attention.

The doctor was very thorough in her care when checking me for the problem I was having, resulting in much needed medicine which seems to be making me better. She was also very caring and the staff was very nice. I would continue to use this practice in the future.
I had an appointment to assess the recurrence of a sinus infection. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, & prompt without rushing. I needed an antibiotic, & that was called in right away to my pharmacy. I asked for flu, strep, & Covid rapid tests, & these were done right away. Excellent care.
Had no appointment but was able to be seen in about 45 minutes. Staff was amiable and professional, doctor quickly diagnosed my issue and immediately transmitted prescriptions to my pharmacy.
Ease of appointment , check-in and quickly saw the Doctor. With all due respect to other health providers seeing a licensed Physician was comforting and much appreciated.
The best Urgent Care in Williamsburg! Even though I did not have an appointment, the service was prompt, thorough and a crisp diagnosis.

Professional and helpful staff from the front desk to the provider. Calm atmosphere. Great care. Seen as a walk in and wait time was minimal. It’s hard to have an exceptional experience when you don’t feel well, but they provided an exceptional experience today.

I went into the urgent care last week. The Dr immediately knew that something was wrong, besides an allergic reaction to the antibiotic I was taking. She thoroughly explained that I needed to go to the ER. She called ahead to the ER, and when I got there, they quickly took me back and I ended up getting admitted for a few days. She literally helped save me! Thank you!

Dr Dean and her staff were very professional in answering all my questions
Staff was friendly and attentive. One might expect that, but it is not a given. The pearl in service, however was Doctor Dean, who is very technically competent and with insight, treated me, the patient, along with my symptoms. One might expect that as well, but in medicine today, it is becoming rare.
GREAT place, staff & Dr’s. The office is also always very clean.
