Dr. Richard Berry has been treating medical and surgical dermatology problems for over 38 years. His education came from Brooklyn College and Downstate Medical, with special training under Dr. Alan Shalita who was the foremost expert in the treatment of Acne Vulgaris. Dr. Berry continues to maintain an academic and teaching position and holds a board certification with the American Academy of Dermatology.

I booked an appointment online. I didn’t hear from them to confirm. I called their number and got in touch with their answering service, who was to relay my massage to their desk. I then tried calling the office again and it rang forever. I showed up T my appointment and was pleased to see the waiting room only had one other person waiting. When I was finally seen my experience was very professional and I felt confident that I made the right decision to get treated. I’ve been a longtime patient and looking forward to my future appointment. Need just better communication at the front desk.
