About Christiane
Christiane Jamieson, APRN, FNP-C, is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She comes to OPAL Healthcare & Wellness in Dallas, Texas, with more than 25 years of nursing experience. She believes that educating patients and their families about healthy lifestyles and health promotion and prevention are key components to reaching optimal health.
Christiane has a true passion for helping others and feels truly blessed that she gets to do what she loves as a profession. Her goal is to ensure everyone has access to affordable care in an environment that promotes wellness. She looks forward to collaborating with patients to create a plan of care that helps them reach their health goals. Her plan of care includes a holistic approach combining modern medication with supplements, vitamins, a healthy diet, and exercise. She has a special interest in treating thyroid issues, weight management and biodentical hormone replacement. She is a certified and trained provider for the Evexipel pellet for men and women. She also enjoys the aesthetics part of her practice performing chemical peels, microneedling, hydrodermabrasion as well as injecting purified proteins like Jeuveau and Botox. She has recently add skin tightening, muscle toning and fat reduction with Inmode’s EvolveX platform.
Christiane’s diverse background includes public health, school nursing, working with medical residents, and being a pioneer within a health system for becoming the first Nurse Practitioner to work in one of the largest internal medicine practices in Dallas. She has mentored many nurse practitioners and given them the foundation needed to provide safe, effective, and culturally competent patient-centered care. She is a leader within the profession and viewed by many as an inspiration.
In her free time, Christiane spends time with her husband and grown children. She enjoys an active lifestyle with running, cycling, and scuba diving as well as walking her dogs. She also enjoys watching football, baseball, and hockey.
