It was very cozy and nice. The waiting area was welcoming, the building smelled nice, and the staff were professional. I especially loved I didn’t have to crane my neck or head, there was a tv in front of me to see the ultrasound.
I’ve had multiple appointments with Alaska Family Sonograms and each one has exceeded my expectations! The staff are very friendly and helpful and ultrasound technicians are wonderful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend tShow morehem!

Amazing work and professionalism
What I most appreciated were the clear explanations of what was being done, why it was being done, and the results from it having been done. The approach was courteous, professional and comprehensive.
Everyone is kind, friendly, professional. I am always greeted with a smile. More importantly, for me, I trust the sonographers. They are the absolute best at what they do.
I once again received professional, friendly service form Alaska Family Sonograms. The Sonographer Sarah was especially attentive today to my comfort during the sonogram.

I have been to Alaska Family Sonograms many times over the last 1.5 years, and everyone has been friendly and professional. I can’t recommend AFS enough.

Very positive experience! The staff was all professional and kind and even went out of their way to make sure I got pictures of my baby even though that wasn’t the focus of their exam!
My dad and I were greeted with smiles by the people at the front desk. We didn’t wait that long to be called back. The nurse or tech that helped us was really helpful. Jessica was her name. She made sure my dad was comfortable and always asked if he was ok or if he needed anything. It was a good experience. Keep up the good work.

I just had my yearly sonogram at Family Sono-gram today. The women behind the desk warmly greeted me and helped me with updating my medical info . The tech who performed the sonogram was considerate that I be comfortable , even providing warm gell on my neck for the procedure. She was the same tech I had the last two years. That says something about working conditions as well as the client’s.
