That says something about working conditions as well as the client’s.
My dad and I were greeted with smiles by the people at the front desk. We didn’t wait that long to be called back. The nurse or tech that helped us was really helpful. Jessica was her name. Great staff. Very professional and timely.
I flew from Fairbanks to Anchorage for a late afternoon appointment. Upon arrival, I called to inquire if it would benefit me to come in early to fill out paperwork. Fortunately, an earlier appointment had become available and I was offered the opening which allowed me to fly back home earlier than expected. The thoughtfulness of the staff to offer such accommodations was much appreciated.
