He then went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine, graduating in the upper third of his class at the University of Miami Medical School. He completed his internship and residency in otolaryngology at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, an affiliate of his alma mater, and served as acting chief resident during the final two years of his medical training.
Dr. Martinez is board-certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and board-eligible by the American Academy of Otolaryngology Allergy.
