He specializes in endometriosis, recurrent pregnancy loss, uterine fibroids, in vitro fertilization, polycystic ovary syndrome, and minimally invasive reproductive surgery.
Dr. Fechner earned his bachelor’s degree at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and his Doctorate of Medicine at New Jersey Medical School in Newark, New Jersey. He also completed an OB/GYN residency and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility fellowship at New Jersey Medical School. Dr. Fechner received training to operate with the da Vinci®️ Surgical Robot.
In addition to seeing patients at University Reproductive Associates, Dr. Fechner is an assistant professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Women’s Health at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and director of the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at Hackensack University Center. He is double board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
