Rachel is a graduate of Texas A&M University and holds Master’s degrees from Boston College and the University of Washington Physician Assistant program. She brings decades of cultivated experiences from time as a NOLS instructor, teaching, and clinical emergency medicine. Rachel is devoted to helping women navigate peri/menopause using a variety of modalities, including HRT. As a lifelong athlete, she understands how to stay active, fit and healthy in a body navigating hormonal changes. When not helping others, you have equal chance of finding Rachel on her bike, hiking remote mountain trails, on her yoga mat, baking fresh breads and pastries or putting a new record on the turntable.
“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Rachel and her method of practice. She treats you as an individual human being while working with you through your specific symptoms. You will never feel like a number with Rachel. She listens carefully, provides medical experience-based insight, and creates a custom plan specifically for you including diagnostic bloodwork. I recommend seeing Rachel for anyone that is tired of not getting answers from your regular doctors and feeling unheard.”
