Here, Dr. Cash distinguished himself as both a physician and a leader in the field of emergency medicine. His dedication to advancing medical knowledge is showcased by his certification from the Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy Training Academy.
Currently, Dr. Cash is a cornerstone of excellence at HOOT HRT and in the emergency department. Together with his co-founder, Joe Hamm, PA, he is committed to addressing the critical needs of patients dealing with metabolic health issues, weight loss challenges, and overall wellness. Dr. Cash's personal journey with hormone replacement therapy (HRT) provides him with unique insights into the shortcomings of primary care, especially concerning hormone imbalances and weight management. Frank Lee, MD, is a family and emergency medicine physician with decades of experience. He enjoys practicing medicine at North Tex MedCare Clinic and Urgent Care, which has convenient locations in Allen, Addison, Fort Worth, and San Antonio, Texas.
Dr. Lee earned his medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Zapopan, Mexico, and New York Medical College in New York City. After graduation, he completed a residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin.
With a passion for urgent care and emergency medicine, Dr. Lee has extensive experience providing responsive care to patients. He has also treats patients for weight loss with todays current medication of Ozempic and Tirzepatide. He has been an advocate for telemedicine since it rose in popularity around 2008 and continues to integrate remote care into his work.
Dr. Lee’s well-rounded expertise also includes weight loss, primary care, urgent care. pediatrics, dermatology, and psychiatry, allowing him to provide primary care services for patients of all ages. He specializes in chronic disease management, cold and flu care, injury treatment, and other conditions that demand prompt attention.

Klarisana was founded in 2015 by Dr. Carl J. Bonnett M.D. in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Bonnett is a Board Certified (ABEM) emergency physician as well as a Fellow in the American Academy of Pain Management. During the 20 years serving in the Army National Guard (Lieutenant Colonel), he had four deployments to the Middle East (Iraq 2003, Afghanistan 2007 & 2010, Kuwait 2012) and also responded to New Orleans in support of the relief efforts following Hurricane Katrina in 2005. He previously worked in a Department of Veterans Affairs ER for four years where he developed a clear understanding of the way in which healthcare is delivered to our nation’s veterans.
Sudhir Gogu, DO, PhD, MBA, is a board-certified family medicine physician with extensive experience in emergency medicine. Passionate about individualized, holistic care, Dr. Gogu brings more than 23 years of professional experience to Stone Urgent Care & Family Practice in San Antonio, Texas.
Dr. Gogu graduated from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa, in 1997 before completing his family practice residency at Riverside Health Systems in Wichita, Kansas.
As a physician dedicated to holistic medicine, Dr. Gogu works with his patients to provide the right treatment and care plan for them. He never rushes patients out the door and makes sure they never leave his office with lingering questions.
While Dr. Gogu’s specialty is family medicine — including annual physical exams, diagnostic laboratory testing, hypertension management, Pap smears, cold and flu care, vaccinations, and preventive medicine — he is also highly experienced in urgent care medicine, allergy testing, and more.
