Adeel Haq, MD, is board-certified in pain and emergency medicine by the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He brings his years of experience and knowledge to the team at Pain Management of North Dallas, PA, located in Frisco, Gainesville, Coppell, Texas.  

Dr. Haq graduated from Indiana University Southeast in New Albany, Indiana. He then attended Saba University School of Medicine in the Bottom, Caribbean Netherlands, receiving his doctoral degree. 

Dr. Haq completed his residency in emergency medicine at the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky, and his residency in pain medicine at the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Before joining Pain Management of North Dallas, PA, Dr. Haq worked as a full-time emergency medicine physician for six years. Dr. Haq believes this additional training gives him a unique approach to identifying pain generators and managing them.

He is a member of the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, and the American College of Emergency Physicians.

Dr. Haq is married and has three young daughters. His hobbies include running, traveling, trying out new places to eat, and most importantly, spending time with his family.

Frank Lee, MD, is a family and emergency medicine physician with decades of experience. He enjoys practicing medicine at North Tex MedCare Clinic and Urgent Care, which has convenient locations in Allen, Addison, Fort Worth, and San Antonio, Texas.

Dr. Lee earned his medical degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Zapopan, Mexico, and New York Medical College in New York City. After graduation, he completed a residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin.

With a passion for urgent care and emergency medicine, Dr. Lee has extensive experience providing responsive care to patients. Dr. de Moor is a native Texan, born and raised in Mesquite, Texas. She graduated from SMU with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and attended Medical School at Texas Tech University Health Science Center. Dr. de Moor trained in pediatrics during her Intern year at the University of Texas Medical Branch and specialized in Emergency Medicine in her residency at Texas Tech El Paso where she was Chief Resident. She previously served as Medical Director and ER Trauma Director of JPS Health Network in Ft Worth before starting her own independent physician group in 2013. She served as President of the Collin County Medical Society and President of Project Access Collin County from 2015-2017. She was elected to the Board of the Texas Medical Association in 2016 and is the current President Elect of the American Association of Women Emergency Physicians. Dr. de Moor founded Driven MD in April of 2020 to help further meet demands for access to acute care for patients across the Country.
