Melissa is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She got her undergraduate degree from Tufts University. After graduating she spent several years working in patient advocacy in rare diseases before deciding to pursue a clinical career. She then went on to complete her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from the MGH Institute of Health Professions. After earning her medical degree at Howard University College of Medicine in Washington, DC, Dr. Roberts completed her dermatology residency there in 2003.
