Graham Litchman, DO, MS, is a board-certified dermatologist at Vivida Dermatology, which has locations in Las Vegas, Henderson, Nevada, and St. George, Utah.
Before gaining clinical experience at St. John's Episcopal and NYU in New York City, Dr. Litchman lived in Las Vegas while pursuing his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Touro University, Nevada, in Henderson. He is thrilled to return to Las Vegas with his family and is eager to provide exceptional care to the local community.
Dr. Litchman specializes in general dermatology, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers, eczema, psoriasis, infections, acne, and various conditions affecting the skin, hair, and nails.
He is a member of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology and the American Academy of Dermatology, and he actively participates in conferences to stay current with the latest advancements in dermatologic care, ensuring he delivers the highest quality of service.

A native of Hoboken, NJ, Dr. Mudigonda is a graduate of Deerfield Academy, the University of Notre Dame, Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, and Washington University of St. Louis, where he completed his dermatology residency training. He subsequently completed a formal surgical and procedural fellowship at California Skin Institute (CSI) with a focus on Mohs micrographic and reconstructive surgery, dermatologic oncology, and advanced cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Mudigonda is excited to work at Thomas Dermatology and serve patients in the Arizona/Nevada communities. His easygoing demeanor, outgoing personality, and enthusiasm towards patients compliment his meticulous approach for excellent aesthetic and reconstructive outcomes.
Dr. Stephanie McLeish is a Board-Certified Dermatologist with comprehensive experience in medical and surgical care. Dr. McLeish sees patients at Thomas Dermatology in Lake Havasu City, Bullhead City and Kingman, Arizona. Prior to obtaining her Dermatology training, she was an Internal Medicine physician. She served 20 years active duty in the United States Air Force.
Dr. McLeish was born in Bismarck, North Dakota, and spent her childhood on a farm in Costa Rica. She graduated from medical school at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, then completed her Internal Medicine residency at Keesler AFB Medical Center. Her Dermatology residency was completed at San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium and she is both a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a Member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
While at home, you will find her scuba diving, hiking, mountain biking, and kayaking. She is also an avid traveler with a passion for photography, including underwater photography. Dr. McLeish is fluent in Spanish.
Brent D. Michaels, DO, FAOCD, is a board-certified dermatologist at Thomas Dermatology’s Centennial Hills and Post Road offices in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is a longtime resident of Nevada and graduated from high school at Bishop Gorman High School in Summerlin.
Dr. Michaels completed his undergraduate training at the University of Nevada in Reno. He also obtained a law degree and practiced in Las Vegas as a Deputy Attorney General for the Nevada Attorney General’s Office.
Following his career in law, Dr. Michaels completed medical school at Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York City. He followed with an internship and dermatology residency at Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas, where he served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Michaels has published articles in numerous peer-reviewed medical journals, including the Journal of Drugs and Dermatology, Journal of Clinical and Aesthetic Dermatology, Cutis, and Journal of Cutaneous Pathology.
He was a resident co-contributor on the editorial board for The Year Book of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery and a contributing author for the Comprehensive Dermatologic Drug Therapy textbook.

Dr. Devina Mehta, MD. is a board-certified dermatologist at Thomas Dermatology, specializing in both medical and cosmetic dermatology. Dr. Mehta attended the prestigious BS/MD program at the University of Cincinnati where she graduated with Alpha Omega Alpha honors distinction. She then completed her intern year at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School and her dermatology residency at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York City.
Jennifer DePry, DO, FAAD, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained, Mohs micrographic surgeon at Thomas Dermatology at their Post Road office location.
Dr. DePry received her Bachelor of Arts in neuroscience, cum laude, from the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles. She completed her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, Missouri.
She went on to complete a transitional year internship at St. John Providence Health System in Southfield, Michigan, and a residency in dermatology at the University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. There, she also completed a micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology fellowship and was named Academic Chief Resident.
Dr. DePry boasts strong clinical and research background in skin cancer, particularly in immunosuppressed individuals, including those who have undergone organ or hematopoietic cell transplantation. Offering advanced surgical reconstruction after skin cancer surgery is one of the most rewarding aspects of Dr. DePry’s career. She also enjoys contributing to dermatology research efforts and serving as a guest reviewer for prestigious medical journals.
Dr. DePry maintains her advanced credentials with continuing education. She serves as President of the Nevada Society for Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery and the Nevada Representative for the American Academy of Dermatology Advisory Board. Robert D. Lieberman, MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist and co-medical director of Thomas Dermatology. He specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery for the treatment of skin cancer, in addition to his busy general dermatology practice in Thomas Dermatology’s Post Road and Henderson offices. He is also an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at UNLV School of Medicine.
He is a native of Seal Beach, California, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Molecular and Cell Biology. Dr. Lieberman received his medical degree from the Keck School of Medicine of USC in Los Angeles, where he graduated with “highest distinction.” Dr. Lieberman was also elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society in his third year of medical school, a distinction reserved for the top 5% of his medical school class.
He completed his internship in internal medicine at the UCLA/West Los Angeles VA Medical Center in Los Angeles followed by his dermatology residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, where he was selected Chief Resident. Dr. Lieberman pursued additional training in Mohs micrographic surgery under the mentorship of local and nationally recognized experts. He joined Thomas Dermatology in 2009.
Dr. Lieberman remains actively involved with the UNLV School of Medicine as the co-director of the Musculoskeletal/Skin curriculum, which allows him to continue to mentor future physicians.
