Dr. Benbenisty completed his residency in Dermatology at the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston in 2005.

Dr. Crater has been in clinical practice since 2003. He was raised in Mountain Lakes, New Jersey and Richmond, Virginia. He is the youngest of seven children. He graduated from Princeton University and the University of Virginia School Of Medicine, where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. He completed his dermatology residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston under the direction of Dr. Pearon Lang, past president of the American College of Mohs Surgery; Dr. Bruce Thiers, past editor-in-chief of the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology; and Dr. John Maize, Director of the Maize Center of Dermatopathology.
Dr. Crater joined Associates in Dermatology in 2008 after five years of private practice in South Carolina. He was certified by the American Board of Dermatology in 2003, is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Florida Academy of Dermatology. He has particular interest in geriatric dermatology and cutaneous surgery.
Dr. Crater employs the full range of treatments for skin cancer in seniors. Treatment can range from a two minute treatment with simple cauterization and scraping away a superficial cancer, to topical medications for superficial cancers, to simple excision for deeper lesions. Dr. Crater takes into account patient age, patient preference, the size, depth and location of the tumor, and other factors when helping a patient choose a skin cancer treatment. Not every patient needs aggressive surgery to treat their skin cancer.
In his spare time, Dr. Crater serves on the Sanibel City Council and volunteers as a guide at the Revs Institute in Naples. He also enjoys bicycling, skiing, and antique cars. Dr. Gloster has 30 years of experience and his clinical practice provides comprehensive evaluation of patients with skin cancer and the treatment of any complex surgical issue involving hair, nails, and skin.
Dr. Gloster is a member of numerous local and national committees, has lectured nationally and internationally, has written numerous publications in peer reviewed journals, participates on editorial review boards of respected dermatologic journals, and has co-authored and edited two medical text books which have been distributed nationally and internationally.
In 2016 and 2017, Dr. Gloster received the Patient Experience Excellence Award, which is given to the top 10% of over 200,000 providers in the Press Gainey national database for patient experience with clinic visits.

Dr. Benbenisty was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. After graduating cum laude from the University of Georgia, he earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta in 2000. He served a combined medical/surgical internship at Atlanta Medical Center and then spent a year as a research fellow in the Immunodermatology Lab at Duke University. Dr. Benbenisty completed his residency in Dermatology at the Medical University of South Carolina, Charleston in 2005.
Dr. Benbenisty has been with Associates In Dermatology since 2005. His professional interests include cutaneous oncology, immunobullous dermatoses and dermatologic surgery.
He is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, the Dermatology Foundation, the Florida Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery and the Lee County Medical Society. He is published in numerous dermatologic journals and has authored several book chapters on skin disease. He has served past appointments on the American Academy of Dermatology's Residents/Fellows Committee for the Southeast and the AAD Sports Committee. Dr. Benbenisty is recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor and is listed by Gulfshore Life Magazine as one of the area's top Dermatologists.
Dr. Benbenisty enjoys hiking, biking, youth sports, playing guitar, traveling and spending time with his wife and three boys.

Joseph Onorato, MD, FAAD, has over 25 years of experience practicing dermatology and is board-certified. In 1995, Dr. Onorato founded All Island Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Laser Center, which now serves Glen Cove and Garden City, New York.
He acts as the practice’s medical director, encouraging his team to provide the best skin care services in the area. He focuses on general dermatology and dermatologic surgery including laser treatments, chemical peels, and injectable fillers.
Dr. Onorato completed his undergraduate studies at Adelphi University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
He then graduated from State University of New York (SUNY) Health Science Center at Brooklyn (Downstate Medical Center) with Distinction in Research and Cum Laude honors.
He completed his internship at the University of Rochester-Strong Memorial Hospital in Internal Medicine, and then moved on to complete his dermatology residency, as Chief Resident, at Downstate Medical Center.
Dr. Onorato is committed to using the latest dermatology techniques, and remains active in the field. He’s a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, a member of the American Medical Association, the Medical Society of the State of New York, and a fellow of the Nassau County Medical Society.
Dr. Onorato furthers his involvement in the medical community by presenting at conferences, both nationally and internationally, and he’s been published in several dermatology journals.
He is currently a clinical professor for Yale and Columbia University’s nurse practitioner programs.

During her time on the LCMS Board of Governors, Dr. Skinner served in many positions, including society president.
