Juliana Williams, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in dermatology services at West Derm Center’s Riverdale office in the Bronx, New York.
Juliana has 10 years of experience in clinical trials. She served as a sub-investigator for trials on device studies, inpatient and outpatient studies, and first-in-man studies, and was responsible for the subjects of the clinical trials throughout. The studies covered areas such topics as diabetes, schizophrenia, Alzheimer’s disease, cold sores, antioxidants, and insomnia.

Dr. Burk is a board-certified dermatologist with 40 years of experience diagnosing and treating both garden-variety and rare, complex dermatologic disorders.
A graduate of Duke University Medical School, Dr. Burk served for many years as Head of the Division of Dermatology at the Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, where he continues to instruct residents and fellows as a volunteer teaching attending.
Dr. Burk was also an assistant professor and co-director of the Dermatology Training Program at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.

Olesya is an experienced, highly-trained Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner specializing in surgical, medical, and cosmetic dermatology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Felician University, then completed her Masters in Science in Nursing at Fairleigh Dickinson University before completing Dermatology training for three years at Advanced Laser and Skin Cancer Center under Dr. Gangaram Ragi. Henry Heaton, MD, FAAD, FACMS is an experienced Mohs Micrographic Surgeon and cutaneous oncologist with expertise in the diagnosis and management of skin cancer. Dr. Heaton has treated thousands of skin cancers and has completed the most advanced training in this unique surgical procedure. Mohs micrographic surgery is widely accepted as the most effective treatment for most types of skin cancer.
After finishing a residency in Dermatology at Yale and serving as Chief Resident, Dr. Heaton was selected for the highest level of training in Mohs Surgery, an American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS) fellowship in Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology. During this fellowship, Dr. Heaton trained under the direction of a world-renowned cutaneous oncologist and reconstructive surgeon. Dr. Allen N. Sapadin graduated summa cum laude from Yeshiva Univeristy and received his medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Prior to accepting a research fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center, Dr. Sapadin attended Rutgers Law School and graduated with honors.
He returned to Mount Sinai to complete a dermatology residency and served as Chief Resident in his third year. While a resident he earned many awards, including election to the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) medical honor society. Each year this honor is bestowed upon three of six hundred residents at Mount Sinai Medical Center. In his third year of residency Dr. Sapadin was chosen by the American Academy of Dermatology to represent the United States at the annual British Association of Dermatologists meeting.
Following his residency, Dr. Sapadin joined the full-time faculty at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. There he earned the prestigious Solomon Silver award for excellence in clinical medicine.
Dr. Sapadin is an internationally-known researcher whose curriculum vitae includes over 100 publications. He lectures widely at national and international meetings and is frequently invited by hospitals to give “Grand Rounds” presentations. Most recently, Dr. Sapadin edited a theme issue for the Mount Sinai Journal of Medicine that is entirely devoted to Dermatology.

He is Associate Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Attending at Hackensack University Medical Center, and resides in Englewood, N.J. with his family.
Dr. Vitaly Terushkin is a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon and a board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist. He practices Mohs surgery for melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancer. He also teaches dermatology residents at Weill Cornell Medical College. Dr. Terushkin is one of a few Mohs surgeons in the tri-state area formally trained to treat melanoma with Mohs surgery and the MART-1 immunostain. In addition, he is one of a handful of Mohs surgeons in the country to have completed a fellowship in dermatopathology. Since entering practice, he has performed over 6,500 Mohs surgeries.
Dr. Terushkin graduated summa cum laude from Brandeis University and then attended NYU School of Medicine. Robert Bacigalupi, MD, FAAD, is proud to be the Director of MOHS Surgery at All Island Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Laser Center, serving Glen Cove and Garden City, New York.
He is board-certified in dermatology and dermatologic surgery, and he specializes in general dermatology, Mohs micrographic surgery for skin cancer patients, and facial reconstruction. He also practices cosmetic surgery, including laser therapy and injectable neurotoxins and fillers.

Jonathan Beschloss, MD, FAAD, is a native of Westbury, and he’s proud to serve his home community at All Island Dermatology, Plastic Surgery and Laser Center, in Glen Cove and Garden City, New York.
Dr. Beschloss has a diverse background of service, and is committed to care centered around patients and their families. Samantha earned her Master of Science in nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner post-master's degree at Columbia University, and is currently working on her clinical Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Columbia University with a focus in dermatology.
Prior to completing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree, Samantha worked in dermatology for 12 years and this is where she developed her passion for this field. She worked under the guidance of physicians providing care to a wide demographic of patients with special focus on medical dermatology. Samantha is known for her caring, competent, and compassionate nature even when dealing with the most challenging cases. Over the years her experience includes treatment of patients with psoriasis, vitiligo, alopecia, warts, molluscum contagiosum, skin cancer screening, acne, hair loss, eczema and contact dermatitis.
Also a Clinical Trials Coordinator, Samantha has worked on multiple clinical trials focused on patients with Psoriasis and Hidradenitis Suppurativa.
Samantha received her Bachelor's Degree from Stony Brook University and completed a post bachelor's degree in healthcare administration from Duquesne University.
