Vignesh Ramachandran, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology who treats adults and children in full-spectrum general, medical, and cosmetic dermatology conditions affecting the skin, hair and nails. When he was a child, he and his family immigrated to a small town of 16,000 in Ontario, Canada before his educational journey brought him to the United States. Dr. Ramachandran still maintains those small town values, merging relentless hard work with compassion, honesty and humility to care for his patients and community.
Dr. Ramachandran graduated as a Presidential Scholar from the Dean’s Scholars Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin. He then graduated #1 in his medical school class at the top-ranked Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, where he was inducted into the prestigious Gold Humanism and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Societies. After earning his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., Dr. Brancaccio completed an internship at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. He then completed his residency in dermatology at the University of Oregon Health Sciences Center in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Brancaccio is board-certified in dermatology, and he is a clinical professor at New York University School of Medicine in New York City. She serves on the editorial board for SKIN The Journal of Cutaneous Medicine and is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Teplitz also dedicates time to educating the next generation of dermatologists as a Clinical Instructor at NYU.

Sydney Liang, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She specializes in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology with an emphasis on delivering compassionate, high quality, and patient-centered care. She has a special interest in the prevention and surgical management of skin cancers, the treatment of acne and acne scarring, rosacea, psoriasis, cosmetic injectables, and laser treatments and resurfacing.
With a strong educational background and rigorous training, Dr. Liang completed her undergraduate degrees in cell biology, genetics, and human development at the University of Maryland, earning early acceptance to the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society as a Junior and graduating with the highest honors of summa cum laude. While earning her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine in New York City, Dr. Liang was elected as a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and graduated top of her medical school class. She then completed her residency in dermatology at the Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology at New York University Langone Health. While in residency, Dr. Liang earned multiple awards for academic excellence, leadership, and research and received the Morris Leider MD Award for the “Best All-around Resident” at the end of her training. Dr. Liang’s dedication to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements has enabled her to provide the most cutting-edge and evidence-based treatments to her patients.
Dr. Liang has a distinctive approach that places patients at the forefront. Her empathetic nature and exceptional communication skills create a comfortable environment where patients can openly discuss their dermatologic concerns. Her patient-centered approach ensures that treatment plans are tailored to each individual’s needs, whether addressing complex medical conditions, performing precise surgical procedures, or enhancing natural beauty through cosmetic procedures and interventions.
When Dr. Liang is not treating patients at SINY® or teaching future dermatologists at New York University School of Medicine, Dr. Liang has presented at many regional and national conferences and has authored numerous scholarly publications in the most prominent dermatology journals. Her commitment to sharing knowledge not only benefits fellow professionals but also underscores her dedication to elevating dermatological care for her patients and patients everywhere.
Allison Jaekle is a Board Certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology. Allison was born and raised locally on Long Island. She attended Binghamton University for her undergraduate degree in History with a concentration in Public Health. She then attended Touro College for a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a Master in Physician Assistant Studies, where she received the Leadership, Academic, and Clinical Achievement awards upon graduation.
She is currently an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, New York State Society of Physician Assistants, and the Society for Dermatology Physician Assistants. Allison has always had a true passion for dermatology and is honored to be part of the SINY Dermatology team. Allison’s main goal is to restore the skin’s natural look of beauty via an individualized care plan for every patient.
