Dr. Hart earned his Bachelor of Arts from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven and his medical degree from the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña in the Dominican Republic. He completed his general surgery residency at Bridgeport General Hospital in Connecticut.

Dr. Graham specializes in Mohs Micrographic Surgery with a focus on complex high-risk skin cancers and challenging cosmetic closures including various flaps and grafts.
Dr. Graham also treats a wide range of dermatologic conditions and takes the time to offer every new patient a full skin examination.
