Dr. Beard is a proud Louisiana native. She began her career pursuits at the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in New Orleans, earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery. After graduation, Dr. Beard pursued continuing education in aesthetic, implant, and sleep apnea dentistry, before moving to the Northshore.
At Fremaux Dental Care, Dr. Beard works with people of all ages. She diagnoses and treats most oral issues and has special interests in orthodontics, the placement of dental implants, and the management of temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders.
Dr. Beard proudly holds membership in several professional organizations, including the American Dental Association, the State of Louisiana Dental Association, and the Northlake Dental Association. She’s certified in oral conscious sedation, Invisalign®, and digital smile design.
When she isn’t at work, Dr. Beard enjoys spending time with her family. She has four children and enjoys baking and being outdoors. Dr. Beard is also an avid sports fan and roots for the Saints, Louisiana State Tigers, and the Pelicans.

Preston Bivona, DDS, is an aesthetic and family dentist at Fremaux Dental Care in Slidell, Louisiana.
Dr. Bivona was born and raised in Metairie. He attended Brother Martin High School and Louisiana State University, where he received a BS in Biological Sciences. After graduation, he returned home to attend LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Bivona stays up to date with continuing education courses through various study clubs and dental associations that he is a member of. Some of these organizations include the American Dental Association, Louisiana Dental Association, and Northlake Dental Association.
Dr. Bivona enjoys seeing patients of all ages. He is well-trained in the majority of oral issues and is especially interested in TMJ management, restoring dental implants, and clear aligner therapy.
In his free time, Dr. Bivona enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending quality time with his wife and dog. Dr Bivona also likes going to Tulane football games with his dad, which has been an ongoing tradition since he was 6 years old. He is also a fan of LSU, Saints, and Pelicans.

Andrea Elenbaas, DMD, MS, is an Orofacial Pain specialist, board-certified in orofacial pain with over 25 years experience in dentistry. She leads a professional dental team at Remedy Clinic in Biloxi, Mississippi, offering superior care for her patients.
Dr. Elenbaas received her Bachelor of Science from Mississippi State University in Starkville, Mississippi. She went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center School of Dentistry in Jackson, Mississippi.
With a desire for continued education, Dr. Elenbaas attended the University of Southern California, Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry, in Los Angeles, receiving her Master of Science in Orofacial pain and Oral medicine. She is also certified in functional medicine.
Dr. Elenbaas has held numerous leadership positions throughout her career. She also presently serves as an international lecturer on dental medicine. In addition, her community service includes offering dental services for the indigent, impoverished, physically, and mentally impaired.
She has a passion for providing her patients with the highest level of care and thoroughly enjoys welcoming her current and new patients at Remedy Clinic.
