Dr. Pore is a recent addition to our team. She is a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and a graduate of Tufts University School Of Dental Medicine in Boston. Post her graduation from Tufts, she went on to finish her residency at OSF St. Francis Hospital in Peoria and practiced general dentistry in a private practice in the Peoria area for 8 years. She moved back to the northern suburbs of Chicago to be closer to family, and currently practices out of our Illinois and Wisconsin offices. She likes to spend her free time with family and friends, and enjoys swimming, travelling and watching tennis. She is excited to be a part of our practice and hopes you will make her a part of your dental team.

Dr Danielewicz has 3 convenient office locations in Libertyville, Antioch Illinois and Kenosha, Wisconsin. Dr. Danielewicz offers personalized oral health services for all ages, including routine dental cleanings, tooth-colored fillings, crowns, veneers, implants, bridges, dentures, extractions and periodontal disease treatment.
Dr. Danielewicz earned his dental degree at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in Los Angeles California in 1994. Dr. Danielewicz served as a dental officer while on active duty in the US Navy before launching his private practice in 1997. He later returned to the Navy Reserves and later transferred to the Air Force with the Wisconsin Air National Guard in Milwaukee Wisconsin
Today, Dr. Danielewicz maintains his 3 dental offices between Wisconsin and Illinois. He has served as both a full time and part-time faculty member at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois.
When he’s not practicing dentistry, Dr. Danielewicz loves to spend time with his wife, Stacie, their three children, family pets and their grandchildren. He’s an outdoor enthusiast, who loves to spend time on the water or in the snow, discovering new places. He also enjoys traveling the world, exploring new places.
