Dr. Steven Reff uses his extensive experience to provide the highest level of surgical care in a gentle, compassionate manner. He received his D.D.S. (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. While there, he graduated at the top of his class and was honored by his faculty by being inducted into the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthetic Honors Society. He also served as President on a variety of committees including the Dental School’s Global Outreach Program and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery study group.

Following dental school, Dr. Reff completed his surgical-based training at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine/New York Presbyterian Hospital. Upon completing his training Dr. Reff began treating patients in private practice. He was also invited to take a position at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine teaching postgraduate candidates and future dentists and was additionally appointed admitting privileges.

When he is not practicing dentistry or attending professional obligations, he enjoys hiking with his Yellow Lab, fly fishing, and relaxing with his wife Allison and their children

Anthony Cirillo, DDS, is a skilled general dentist at Tottenville Dental, providing high-quality preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry to teens and adults in the Tottenville neighborhood of Staten Island, New York City. 

Dr. Cirillo earned his bachelors degree from Farmingdale State College with a major in Bioscience and minor in Chemistry. Then, he enrolled in a dual degree program at New York University’s College of Dentistry in Manhattan and obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree along with an Advanced Certificate of Public Health.

Before entering private practice, Dr. Cirillo trained at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx. There, he received training in various aspects of preventive and general dentistry, including complex surgical and full mouth rehabilitaiton cases.

At Tottenville Dental, Dr. Cirillo provides full-service, comprehensive dentistry. He loves getting to know the people in his care and develops personalized treatment plans that reduce the risk of cavities, gum disease, and other common oral health problems.

Patricia Swaintek-Lamb, DMD, is the owner of Proud to Smile Dentistry in Bernardsville, New Jersey. She has over 25 years of dental experience and is a leading specialist in cosmetic dentistry and sleep apnea.

Dr. Swaintek-Lamb's interest in dentistry began while working for a dental office in college. She was drawn to the office's positive energy in educating and treating patients about good oral health. A healthy mouth and a healthy body go hand-in-hand, and she considers herself lucky for a career where she can create healthy, beautiful smiles for her patients.

With a bachelor’s degree in biology from Villanova University in Villanova, Pennsylvania, Dr. Swaintek-Lamb earned her Doctorate of Medical Dentistry in 1992 at the renowned Temple University Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She then completed a general practice residency at Heart Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

In addition to taking care of her patients in New Jersey, Dr. Swaintek-Lamb is also a clinical instructor of the Aesthetic Excellence Course – a hands-on, live patient treatment course for dentists looking to gain new knowledge and skills in aesthetic dentistry – at The Center at Dental Ceramics in Richfield, Ohio. She's also an attending dentist at Morristown Medical Center in New Jersey, where she received the Morton L. Wertheimer Award for outstanding contribution to the residency program in 2019-2020

Originally from Northeast Pennsylvania, Dr. Swaintek-Lamb currently lives in Madison, New Jersey. Her time outside the office is focused on spending time with family, and she also enjoys golfing with friends, traveling, and rooting for the Villanova Wildcats! 

Dr. Jared Tuccillo, DMD is a highly compassionate and skilled dentist who provides comprehensive dental care to all of his patients. Dr. Tuccillo grew up in Newtown, Pennsylvania and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Temple University. He then went on to complete a one-year post-baccalaureate program at Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry, and then received his DMD degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, Massachusetts in 2023. Dr. Tuccillo enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has a particular interest in dental implants as well as restorative dentistry. Dr. Tuccillo always puts his patients first and does anything he can to provide a comfortable experience for all of his patients. During his free time, he enjoys cooking, boating and spending time with his friends and family.

Dr. Zaporozhets is a highly skilled dentist who began his journey by graduating from a prestigious dental school in Europe. With a strong foundation in dental care, he gained valuable experience through several years of dedicated practice abroad, specializing in a wide array of dental procedures.
Seeking new challenges and opportunities, Dr. Zaporozhets immigrated to the United States and furthered his education by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at University of Connecticut. This intensive training allowed him to refine his skills and stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry.
Motivated by family ties and a commitment to serving the community in Pennsylvania, Dr. Zaporozhets decided to pursue additional education at Temple University Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry. Here, he successfully obtained his dental degree, fulfilling the requirements to practice dentistry in Pennsylvania.
