The daughter of Dr. Richard Rifkin, the founder of Rifkin Dental, Allison Rifkin, DMD, FAGD wanted to become a dentist from a young age. Dr. Rifkin attended dental school at Boston University, where she graduated magna cum laude. Following graduation, Dr. Rifkin completed a residency at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City.

Dr. Abrams graduated from Queens College, City University of New York. He stayed in New York City for his dental degree, which he completed at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine.
