Dr. Wenli Loo is a general and cosmetic dentist in San Francisco and San Ramon, CA. Dr. Loo has been practicing dentistry for 20 years. Harpreet Tiwana, DDS, is a general dentist at Laguna Oaks Dental in Elk Grove, California. He has been working in the greater Sacramento region for over five years. 

He graduated from New York University in 2002 and completed his general practice residency in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Tiwana then completed a mini-residency in pediatric dentistry from the University of Minnesota as well as one in endodontics (root canal treatment) offered by prominent endodontist Dr. John West at IDEA Academy in California. He has also been extensively trained by Dr. Michael Duggan, DDS, PhD, of The Duggan Institute of Dentistry in Costa Mesa, California.

Dr. Benjamin Radlein was born and raised in Pasadena California. Growing up he was fortunate to have a great relationship with his dentist who was also a family friend. This positive experience motivated him to go into dentistry and to strive to provide the same welcoming and caring relationship to his future patients.

He attended La Sierra University where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Biophysics with a Minor in Computer Science. He then moved to Loma Linda University Dental School to earn his doctorate in Dentistry. Upon graduation he was inducted as a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the National Dental Honor Society, for placing in the top 12% of his graduating class. Dr Radlein has been providing quality care for Laguna Vista Dental since 2020.

Dr. Radlein is a member of the Sacramento Dental Society, American Dental Society and California Dental Society.

With this intention, he received his MBA from California State University East Bay and DDS from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. Currently, he is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association as a member of the Board of Component Relations and has served as the former President of the Napa/Solano Dental Society.

Dr. Omid Elie was born and raised in Foster City and has returned to practice dentistry. He graduated from UCLA in 2014 with a Bachelors in molecular, cell, and developmental biology and then attended UCSF dental school for his Doctorate of dental surgery. When not at work, you can find Dr. Elie working on his physical fitness with a run or at the gym. In his downtime, he'll be cheering on the Warriors and 49ers or looking for a good stand-up comic to watch.
