Patrick Ng-a-fook, DDS, or “Dr. Pat,” at Smile Design Manhattan in Midtown West, New York City, began his education as an undergraduate at the State University of New York at Stony Brook in Stony Brook, New York. Marc Gainor, DMD, is an experienced dentist with over 33 years of experience in private practice. He leads the team at Rockefeller Dentistry in the Midtown East neighborhood of New York, New York.

In 1977, Dr. Gainor graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in biology from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University Of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1981. He then completed a postgraduate general practice residency in dentistry at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, in 1982.
