Robert Castracane, DMD, is a skilled dentist and a leading practitioner of implant dentistry. Starting in July of 2024 Dr. Lew will be retiring from private practice and taking on a teaching role at New York University College of Dentistry in September. Dr. Spencer Lew is a New York City native. He received his B.A. degree in biology from Queens College and his D.D.S. (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree from Columbia University. After completing a one year residency in general dentistry at Lenox Hill Hospital, Dr. Lew returned to Columbia Dental School to complete the AEGD (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) program. He then spent two years in the sedation and anesthesia training program at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
Dr. Lew served as a clinical instructor on the faculty of the New York University College of Dentistry from 1997 – 1999. He became a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry in 2001.
Dr. Azita Halary has expertise in diagnosing and treating various dental conditions in order to treat every patient's unique situation. Dr. Halary also gives her patients diet and lifestyle recommendations in order to maintain lifelong oral health.
Dr. Halary earned received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland in Baltimore and completed her general practice residency here in NYC at Harlem Hospital.

Dr. Raysa Perez first discovered her passion for dentistry fairly early in life, when she started a position as a dental assistant at the age of 17 in her home country, the Dominican Republic. That summer, her mother was involved in a serious car accident, and it affected her mother's confidence and self-esteem. As her mother underwent treatment, Dr. Perez was both a witness and participant in the magical transformation that returned the smile to her mother's face. It was during this time that she realized that dentistry was the profession she wanted to pursue. It was an extraordinary place where art and science converged to change lives.
In 2004 she completed the dental program and was honored to work side by side with the peers she had admired, in the office where her journey began.
Dr. Perez moved to the United States to begin a new journey; the passion to continue her career required resilience as she adapted to a new culture and language. She was determined to remain a dentist but knew she would need to earn accreditation all over again in her new home country. She began to work as a full-time employee in NY in NJ.
After an arduous period of studying, she passed the national board exams. She was subsequently accepted to Columbia University, where she completed her residency at NY Presbyterian Hospital.
In her personal time, Dr. Perez enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is an active member of her church community. She loves to spend time reading the Bible and is thankful that she can fulfill her calling to serve others through her professional role as a dentist.
Yohan Kim, DMD, FICOI, practices general, cosmetic and implantation dentistry at Madison Dental Loft located in the Midtown South area of Manhattan in New York City.

Driola Dega, LMFT is an attachment-based, culturally sensitive therapist who works with individuals (adults), couples, and families. A firm believer in the benefits of self-realization and insight, Driola aims to assist clients in identifying their own answers. Dr. Alvina Lim is a fourth generation dentist. Born in California and raised in Indonesia, she was exposed to a variety of cultures at an early age. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Southern Adventist University in Tennessee and her dental degree from Loma Linda University in California.
After graduating from a general practice residency at Mount Sinai Hospital, she worked in New York for two years as a general practitioner. This is where her passion for pediatric dental care developed. She pursued additional specialized training in pediatric dentistry at Mount Sinai Hospital where she served as Chief Resident. She continues to be held in high regard by distinguished professors and peers for her superb work ethic and her attention to detail.
When not at work, Dr. Lim enjoys spending time with husband and their baby girl. She has been actively involved in both local and international dental outreach programs including Thailand, Guyana and Guatemala.

In 1977, Dr. Gainor graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in biology from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He then completed a postgraduate general practice residency in dentistry at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, in 1982.
Dr. Gainor is strongly committed to continuing education. He has completed the prestigious Pankey Institute restorative and Spear Institute mastery continuum. He also took advanced coursework at the Dawson Academy in St. Petersburg, Florida, and the Strupp Postgraduate School of Dentistry.
In 1987 Dr. Gainor became a fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. This recognition represents over 500 hours of post-doctoral education and successful completion of a written exam given by the Academy.
In 2006, he was awarded the title of Master of the Academy of General Dentistry, the highest distinction conferred by the Academy. Less than 2% of all dentists nationwide have achieved this honor. Dr. Gainor has completed over 2400 hours of continuing education since completing his residency.
