Dr. Omid Elie was born and raised in Foster City and has returned to practice dentistry. He graduated from UCLA in 2014 with a Bachelors in molecular, cell, and developmental biology and then attended UCSF dental school for his Doctorate of dental surgery. When not at work, you can find Dr. Elie working on his physical fitness with a run or at the gym. In his downtime, he'll be cheering on the Warriors and 49ers or looking for a good stand-up comic to watch.
Dr. Elie's main focus is preventative dentistry and oral hygiene education. He believes going to the dentist should be a comfortable, fun experience, and treatment planning should be a conversation with the main focus being optimal oral health for the long run.

Born in Hawaii and raised in Vallejo, Kevin Cabugao received his BS in Genetics at the University of California at Davis and worked in biotechnology before refocusing his energies towards graduate school. While Kevin found his work in the pharmaceutical industry rewarding, he felt unsatisfied with his career and sought an education that would best complement his enthusiasm for helping others with his understanding of the sciences. With this intention, he received his MBA from California State University East Bay and DDS from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. Currently, he is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association as a member of the Board of Component Relations and has served as the former President of the Napa/Solano Dental Society.
When away from the office, Kevin enjoys listening to music, snowboarding and honing his martial arts as a 4th degree Kajukenbo black belt with over 30 years of experience! As an associate dentist, Dr. Schexnayder provides exceptional dental care for her patients including fillings and cleanings, along with assisting in complex treatment planning and surgical cases. She is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles School of Dentistry and completed her Dental Post-Bachelor program at San Francisco State University. Her research in Parental Functional Health has been published in the Journal of the California Dental Association, and she is an active member of the Contra Costa Dental Society.
When she’s not creating beautiful, healthy smiles at Le Chabot Dental, Dr. Schexnayder spends her time with her new husband baking, hiking and swimming. She is also an avid reader of fantasy novels such as Harry Potter and The Belgariad.
Dr. Andy Le is a board-certified dental implant specialist with over 20 years of dentistry and oral surgery experience. Dr. Le earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Mandi Chhina, DDS is a family and cosmetic dentist at Pinole Family Dental in Pinole, California. She provides a full scope of general and cosmetic dentistry services.
Dr. Mandi received her graduate degree from Sri Guru Ram Das Institute of Medical Sciences & Research in Amritsar, India in 2000. Rick V. Tran, DDS, is a highly experienced family dentistry physician serving the community of Manteca, California, and beyond. Dr. Tran leads Manteca Dental Care, offering comprehensive treatments and preventive care services for the entire family.
Dr. Tran received his bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from UCLA in 1999 before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University. He has been practicing dentistry since 2004 and joined the Manteca practice in October 2008.
In addition to routine general and family dentistry, Dr. Tran also provides cosmetic dentistry and full-mouth restorations, which include implants, crowns, bridges, dentures, orthodontics, teeth whitening, and other approaches. Harpreet Tiwana, DDS, is a general dentist at Laguna Oaks Dental in Elk Grove, California. He has been working in the greater Sacramento region for over five years.
He graduated from New York University in 2002 and completed his general practice residency in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Tiwana then completed a mini-residency in pediatric dentistry from the University of Minnesota as well as one in endodontics (root canal treatment) offered by prominent endodontist Dr. John West at IDEA Academy in California. He has also been extensively trained by Dr. Michael Duggan, DDS, PhD, of The Duggan Institute of Dentistry in Costa Mesa, California.

Dr. Afkham graduated from the University of Istanbul Dental School in 1986. After spending three years in private practice from 1989-1992, Dr. Afkham enrolled in the doctoral program in the university's prosthodontics department and graduated with a doctoral degree.
Then, in 1992, he relocated to the United States, and from 1995-1996 he completed advanced clinical training at the University of Loma Linda Dental School. In 1997, Dr. Afkham attended the University of the Pacific for advanced training in cosmetic dentistry.
