Jacqueline has spent several years working as a case manager in community service organizations such as, the Department of Social Services, Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board and Peninsula Institute for Community Health (PICH). As a former military dependent, Jacqueline has been exposed to diverse cultures and can identify with the challenges related to this lifestyle.
