Hello all! I am excited to work with you on your unique concerns. I have an eclectic approach to treatment and often interweave basic cognitive behavioral skills with other modalities to help my clients achieve their goals and overcome their concerns. I specialize in trauma and have certifications in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT. I am also an EMDR Trained and PMH (Perinatal Mental Health) Trained Provider. I work with each client to identify difficulties, goals of treatment, and to coordinate an appropriate treatment approach. Coping looks different for each of us, so I build on the strengths you already have. After symptoms begin declining, we work on the deeper concerns so that they may be overcome and a better overall quality of life begins to emerge. I encourage feedback from my clients to make sure that we are heading in the right direction.

The past has already happened, and I cannot change it. I can reflect on it and see things that are affecting my present allowing for change through awareness. The future has not happened yet, and I have limited control of what is to come. What I can control is the choices I make that can lead to the desired outcome.
