Justin received his Bachelor of Science in Health and Science Studies and Master of Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut.
He went on to work as an occupational and physical therapist assistant at Suburban Physical Therapy Center in Cedar Grove, New Jersey. There, he worked with patients with orthopedic injuries and assisted therapists in developing home exercise programs for them.
Justin completed an occupational therapy internship at Healing Hands Rehab in Clifton, New Jersey.
Treating patients who experienced work-related injuries to the upper extremities, he implemented services like neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES), transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS), cryotherapy, heat therapy, and therapeutic ultrasounds.
Before joining Holsman Physical Therapy, he worked as an occupational therapist at CareOne, a skilled nursing facility in Teaneck, New Jersey. He treated clients with orthopedic injuries, cognitive deficits, neurological conditions, and cardiac and pulmonary deficiencies.
Throughout his career, Justin has focused on treatment plans tailored to his patients’ unique needs and education for both his patient and their families.
In his free time, Justin enjoys being the assistant and conditioning coach for varsity boys and girls high school tennis. He also volunteers at the Community FoodBank of New Jersey and YouthBuild in Kincaid, West Virginia.
Geetha E. Kurian, OTR/L, is a licensed and registered occupational therapist treating patients at Holsman Physical Therapy, which has locations throughout New Jersey and New York City.
Geetha completed her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in biology at Ramapo College of New Jersey in Mahwah, New Jersey. She was on the Ramapo College’s Dean List, a part of the Alpha Lambda Delta honor society, and in the National Honor Society. She went on to receive her Master of Occupational Therapy from Bay Path University in Longmeadow, Massachusetts.
Geetha completed her fieldwork level I sessions at Our Lady Queen of Angels Convent Manhattan, Camp Chillin’ Out (CCO), and SENSiPLAY Pediatric Therapy Clinic.
She completed her fieldwork level II in physical disabilities outpatient care at the Institute of Hand & Arm Surgery in Madison, New Jersey. Her second fieldwork level II session was in pediatric outpatient care at Brave Wings Therapy in Fairfield, New Jersey.
Geetha volunteered to assist children in treatment sessions at Kireker Center for Child Development and was a junior volunteer in the pharmaceutical department at Valley Hospital in Paramus, New Jersey. Here, she received the Valley Hospital Auxiliary Scholarship.
She volunteered at Alliance Hand & Physical Therapy in Wayne, New Jersey, and in the occupational therapy department at Dellridge Health and Rehabilitation Center in Paramus, New Jersey.
Geetha holds certification in adult and pediatric first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and automated external defibrillator (AED) through the American Red Cross.
She has certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy® (NBCOT) and holds her occupational therapy licensure in New Jersey.

Dr. Alex Povazhnyak has graduated Polytechnic National University in Lviv, Ukraine with Masters of Science in Biochemistry in 2002. His personal life saving experience with Chiropractic has led him to pursue this profession shortly afterwards.
Dr. Povazhnyak graduated with Doctor of Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College in Houston, TX, which is one of the oldest chiropractic colleges in the country. The program is focused on the latest research and science behind holistic approach to restore body's healing properties. He also received additional training and Board certification in Chiropractic Physiotherapy which is focused on chiropractic approach to rehabilitation and regeneration of the musculoskeletal system. He also went to Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC which is famed for strong adherence to traditional practice of the art and philosophy of chiropractic care with the emphasis on manual adjustment and manipulation of the vertebral column in order to release central and peripheral nervous system.
He completed General and Specialty Massage Therapy program at State University of Hawaii, while owning a chiropractic clinic on Oahu, Hawaii. There he received certification in multiple massage techniques, including medical massage while working on cancer patients.
Dr. Povazhnyak is highly proficient in various chiropractic techniques including: Diversified, Thompson, Gonstead, Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP), Sacro-Occipital Technique, Upper Cervical Chiropractic, Torque Release Technique, Toggle Recoil, Extremity Practitioner, Activator, Webster technique and Sports Chiropractic. Dr. Povazhnyak specializes in Geriatric Chiropractic while creating gentle and unique plans of care for the elderly patients in order to reach the maximum potential of each individual.
One of his passions is working with children through Pediatric Chiropractic as well as providing care through and post pregnancy.
Michael Berlin, DC, is a highly skilled and talented chiropractor at The Family Wellness Center in Plainview, New York. Known as a gentle, intuitive, and gifted healer, Dr. Berlin has over 30 years of experience in alternative health and mind-body healing.

Chad Vasquez, OTR/L, is a licensed occupational therapist at Holsman Physical Therapy, with locations throughout New Jersey and New York City. Chad has worked in inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings with a wide variety of patient needs, including developmental disabilities and functional limitations, and uses his extensive experience to help patients achieve their health goals.
He received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the Ramapo College of New Jersey in Mahwah, New Jersey, and then earned his master’s degree in occupational therapy from Kean University in Union, New Jersey.
Chad is skilled in orthopedic and geriatric/neurologic outpatient therapy, along with manual therapy. When patients need home assessments and modifications to be able to live comfortably and as independently as possible, he makes the process smooth and positive.
He also evaluates and treats patients with dementia or injuries and assists them as they recover from joint replacement surgeries, such as shoulder, hip, or knee surgery. He designs home exercise programs and fits patients for orthotics, staying in touch via telehealth so patients can communicate from the comfort of home.
Whether in-person or via telehealth, Chad supports his patients with empathy and expertise. In his free time, Chad enjoys the arts, including photography, video editing, and playing guitar.
