Nelson Mañé, MD, is an experienced physician who leads his skilled team at MAR Primary Care located in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Mañé is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has proudly served his community for over 30 years. Dr. Mañé was born and raised in New York. For over 25 years, he practiced as a chiropractic physician in Tampa, Florida, with board certifications in chiropractic neurology and chiropractic orthopedics. After a successful career in chiropractic medicine, he pursued additional medical training to better serve those in his community.
Dr. Mañé earned his Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Science, Arts, and Technology. He then completed his residency at Ocala Regional Medical Center through the University of Central Florida. Dr. Mañé is currently a Core Faculty member and the Associate Program Director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program at the University of South Florida School of Medicine through Citrus Memorial Hospital.
Aside from his practice, Dr. Mañé routinely presents health literacy campaigns throughout his community. He is passionate about helping the underserved and does what he can to provide accessible health care. When he's not serving his patients, Dr. Mañé enjoys spending time with his wife and their two adult sons.
Brett Bowser, DC, is a board-certified chiropractic physician at North Bay Spine and Rehab in Lutz, Florida. He received his bachelor’s degree in biology from Penn State University and his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida. After graduation, Dr. Bowser went on to complete his postdoctoral studies in MRI interpretation and diagnostics at the Academy of Chiropractic, Post-Doctoral Division - New York.
Dr. Bowser has been a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association since 2011 and the American Chiropractic Association since 2012. A former athlete himself, Dr. Bowser has always had a passion for sports medicine and the treatment of sports-related injuries. With his knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics of the human body, he’s been able to work with professional athletes across all major sports throughout his career.
At North Bay Spine and Rehab, Dr. Bowser takes a more holistic approach in treating spine and joint injuries. He is a proponent of treating patients by natural, conservative means and believes in being proactive as opposed to reactive when it comes to a patient’s well-being. Steven Melilli, DC, is a licensed chiropractor at Melilli Chiropractic and Rehab Center in Clearwater, Florida, who’s served the community since 1996.
Dr. Melilli focuses on pain intervention and control in the early stages of treatment, followed by in-office and at-home rehabilitative exercise programs. Nader Said, MD, is a board-certified physician who specializes in pain management, anesthesiology, and bariatric medicine. Dr. Said, who has more than 20 years of professional experience, owns and operates Trinity Health Center in New Port Richey, Florida, where he has lived since 1999.
An Egyptian native, Dr. Said graduated with his medical doctorate from Ain Shams University in Cairo in 1984 before relocating to the United States.
