Dr. Jack Schtierman received his Chiropractic degree from Life University in Marietta Ga. in 1997. For over 25 years, Dr. Schtierman has treated thousands of patients for various spinal conditions including neck and low back pain, disc injuries, sciatica and migraine headaches. Dr. Jack has lectured in hundreds of corporations in New York City as well as performed on site spinal screenings and on site ergonomic assessments for thousands of employees. Anisha earned a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from the prestigious Seth Gordhandas Sunderdas Medical College and King Edward Memorial Hospital in Mumbai, India. In short order, she also graduated with an advanced Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan, specializing in neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation.
Her exceptional skills include rehabilitation geared toward stroke or traumatic injury survivors, movement rehabilitation, and spinal cord injuries. She has experience working and volunteering in a variety of different clinical settings, honing her ability to evaluate patients, determine realistic rehabilitation goals, and set them on a path to improvement.
Her research experience has earned her a Best Research award for presentational skills and given her additional insights into caring for children and individuals with sedentary jobs.
Anisha designs and recommends adaptive devices and orthotics for patients who can benefit from them and also makes communicating with patients and their families or caregivers a cornerstone of care. To better serve a diverse patient base, Anisha also speaks Gujarati, Hindi, and Marathi.
Chad Vasquez, OTR/L, is a licensed occupational therapist at Holsman Physical Therapy, with locations throughout New Jersey and New York City. Chad has worked in inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings with a wide variety of patient needs, including developmental disabilities and functional limitations, and uses his extensive experience to help patients achieve their health goals.
He received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the Ramapo College of New Jersey in Mahwah, New Jersey, and then earned his master’s degree in occupational therapy from Kean University in Union, New Jersey.
Chad is skilled in orthopedic and geriatric/neurologic outpatient therapy, along with manual therapy. When patients need home assessments and modifications to be able to live comfortably and as independently as possible, he makes the process smooth and positive.
He also evaluates and treats patients with dementia or injuries and assists them as they recover from joint replacement surgeries, such as shoulder, hip, or knee surgery. He designs home exercise programs and fits patients for orthotics, staying in touch via telehealth so patients can communicate from the comfort of home.
Whether in-person or via telehealth, Chad supports his patients with empathy and expertise. In his free time, Chad enjoys the arts, including photography, video editing, and playing guitar.

During both jobs, she conducted initial evaluations for patients, helped formulate treatment plans, constructed notes, and taught provocation activities.
At Zapatera Elementary School Special Education Center in Cebu City, Cebu, Sheila focused on patients with pediatric dysfunctions such as cerebral palsy, autism, intellectual disability, and Down syndrome.
Sheila then joined the Cebu Institute of Medicine in Mandaue City, Cebu, working with adult and pediatric patients with psychosocial dysfunctions. At Riverside Medical Center in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, she worked with adult and pediatric patients with physical dysfunctions.

He went on to join the team at the Center for GOALS in the Philippines, a multidisciplinary special education school specializing in support for children and adolescents.
In the United States, Paolo worked at TheraCare of New York in Westchester, New York, a multiservice healthcare, rehabilitation, developmental, and educational organization, and then at Raintree Healthcare Staffing Inc. in Queens, New York.
