Daniel Nemeth, MD, is the owner and an interventional spine specialist at Signe Spine & Rehab, LLC serving the Charleston community in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. He was trained in a conservative approach to physical medicine and spine care, and he can appropriately recognize when surgical intervention is necessary.
