Dr. Lexi is a passionate and seasoned outdoor rock climber, cyclist, weightlifter, and health enthusiast. Dr. Lexi was a dancer and gymnast from an early age. Dr. Lexi was also a competitive roller derby skater in Boulder, Colorado, in her early 20s. While skating, she fell and broke her neck, which led to her decision to pursue a career in chiropractic medicine. 

Over the years, Dr. Lexi has incurred many injuries, including but not limited to three spinal fractures, eleven rib fractures, a hip labral tear and repair, and a clavicle fracture.
