Paulo Jurado, MSOT, OTR/L, is a registered and licensed occupational therapist bringing expert care to patients at Holsman Physical Therapy, which has locations throughout New Jersey and New York City.
Paulo received his Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines. He then completed his Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Mesa, Arizona.
He went on to join the team at the Center for GOALS in the Philippines, a multidisciplinary special education school specializing in support for children and adolescents.
In the United States, Paolo worked at TheraCare of New York in Westchester, New York, a multiservice healthcare, rehabilitation, developmental, and educational organization, and then at Raintree Healthcare Staffing Inc. in Queens, New York.
In 2013, he joined Holsman Healthcare, LLC in Belleville, New Jersey.
Paulo holds occupational therapy licensure in New Jersey and New York State and is certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy® (NBCOT).

Sheila Librinca, OTR, is an experienced, registered occupational therapist treating patients at Holsman Physical Therapy, which has locations throughout New Jersey and New York City.
Sheila received her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Velez College in Cebu, Philippines. She then worked at St. Josephine Vannini Home for the Aged Daughters of St. Camillus Inc. and Perpetual Succour Hospital in Cebu City, Cebu.
During both jobs, she conducted initial evaluations for patients, helped formulate treatment plans, constructed notes, and taught provocation activities.
At Zapatera Elementary School Special Education Center in Cebu City, Cebu, Sheila focused on patients with pediatric dysfunctions such as cerebral palsy, autism, intellectual disability, and Down syndrome.
Sheila then joined the Cebu Institute of Medicine in Mandaue City, Cebu, working with adult and pediatric patients with psychosocial dysfunctions. At Riverside Medical Center in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, she worked with adult and pediatric patients with physical dysfunctions.
In 2008, she went on to work as a staff occupational therapist at Holsman Healthcare, LLC in Kearny, New Jersey. Here, she performed occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for geriatric patients at various facilities.
Sheila holds her occupational therapy licensure in New Jersey, is a member of the Philippine Academy of Occupational Therapists, and holds certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy® (NBCOT).
She’s attended seminars and workshops on handwriting and cardiac rehabilitation and its related physiology.
Sheila looks forward to utilizing her expertise to treat patients at Holsman Physical Therapy.
Dr. Joseph I. Lezamiz is a highly skilled and educated chiropractor serving patients at New York Spine & Pain Management in Howard Beach, New York and the areas surrounding Queens. Dr. Lezamiz is passionate about helping patients feel their best, through treatment for back pain, scoliosis, spinal stenosis, headaches and more. He is also very knowledgeable in physical therapy, chiropractic care and pain management.
Dr. Lezamiz graduated from New York Chiropractic College with clinical honors. He is one of only a few chiropractors to have hospital privileges in the NYC metro area. Dr. Lezamiz provides a multidisciplinary approach to treatment for pain management. A major part of his career has been dedicated to the rehabilitation of athletes. Dr. Lezamiz has previously served as a team physician for the ING NYC Marathon, and has extensive experience working with elite athletes and runners with a variety of injuries. Currently, Dr. Lezamiz serves as the Vice President of the New York State Chiropractic Association, Queens District.
Dr. Peter Zazzarino has been practicing Chiropractic and serving the community for 19 years. He is licensed in the State of New York and graduated from New York Chiropractic College. He has years of experince incorporating nutrition and exercise into patient treatment plans. As part of Dr. Zazzarino’s continuing education he has studied spinal rehab and biomechanics and the affects of diet and nutrition on spinal pain syndromes. Dr. Zazzarino is fluent in Italian.
Dr. Alex Povazhnyak has graduated Polytechnic National University in Lviv, Ukraine with Masters of Science in Biochemistry in 2002. His personal life saving experience with Chiropractic has led him to pursue this profession shortly afterwards.
Dr. Povazhnyak graduated with Doctor of Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College in Houston, TX, which is one of the oldest chiropractic colleges in the country. The program is focused on the latest research and science behind holistic approach to restore body's healing properties. He also received additional training and Board certification in Chiropractic Physiotherapy which is focused on chiropractic approach to rehabilitation and regeneration of the musculoskeletal system. He also went to Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC which is famed for strong adherence to traditional practice of the art and philosophy of chiropractic care with the emphasis on manual adjustment and manipulation of the vertebral column in order to release central and peripheral nervous system.
He completed General and Specialty Massage Therapy program at State University of Hawaii, while owning a chiropractic clinic on Oahu, Hawaii. There he received certification in multiple massage techniques, including medical massage while working on cancer patients.
Dr. Povazhnyak is highly proficient in various chiropractic techniques including: Diversified, Thompson, Gonstead, Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP), Sacro-Occipital Technique, Upper Cervical Chiropractic, Torque Release Technique, Toggle Recoil, Extremity Practitioner, Activator, Webster technique and Sports Chiropractic. He works with elite level athletes through FAKTR Rehab System. Dr. Povazhnyak specializes in Geriatric Chiropractic while creating gentle and unique plans of care for the elderly patients in order to reach the maximum potential of each individual.
One of his passions is working with children through Pediatric Chiropractic as well as providing care through and post pregnancy.
