Dr. Troy Coonrad is a 2019 graduate of Life University. His experience comes from his family practice with - Dr. Dave, Dr. Hailey and Linda - back home in New Jersey where he had the honor to treat athletes, community members, retirees and families - sometimes 4 generations deep! However, his interest in Chiropractic began much earlier. While he was still a high school student in 2010, he attended his first adjusting seminar with his father, Dr. Dave.
Dr. Troy always felt compelled to make a positive impact in his community with whatever he participated in. After graduating and working in the corporate environment, he was less than satisfied with the opportunities to make those positive imprints in the corporate world. Fortunately, while attending his sister’s, Dr. Hailey, Chiropractic school graduation, Troy was struck with inspiration and realized the positive impact he had been wanting to make was through Chiropractic and holistic health. He enrolled at Life University soon thereafter.
Dr. Troy is both experienced in and passionate about treating patients of all ages - from pre-birth, through birth to the end stages of life - the whole way along the wonderfully unexpected journey. In addition to his passion for Chiropractic, Dr. Troy believes true health comes from a complete holistic lifestyle. He continues to study and develop deeper understandings about whole food nutrition, food sensitivities, chronic health conditions and alternative dietary choices as part of his expertise.
When Dr. Troy isn’t in the office, you’ll commonly find him on the nearest hiking trail with his long-time girlfriend, Dr. Liz. If not there, you can expect him to be reading, trapping Dr. Liz by making her dinner, listening to whole albums straight through, playing board games or relaxing watching TV.

Dr. Rebecca Getzke is a chiropractor and clinical nutritionist with 7 years of clinical experience. Originally from the Catskill Mountains of NY, Dr. Getzke attended Binghamton University where she received a BS in Biology, before pursuing a doctorate in chiropractic at New York Chiropractic College. After completing her chiropractic degree, Dr. Getzke worked in a busy, multidisciplinary medical office outside of Manhattan. She then returned to New York Chiropractic College as a faculty member, where she completed a four year post-doctoral clinical teaching fellowship. During the fellowship she also received a Masters in Clinical Nutrition and maintained a private practice serving the Native American population of the Finger Lakes region of NY.
Dr. Getzke is passionate about helping people get out of pain and guiding others on their journey toward optimum health and wellness . When she’s not in the office, she enjoys yoga, running, cycling, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Abadom was born and raised in Mount Airy, Maryland, and a graduate from New York Chiropractic College. He completed his clinician rotations in the intergraded Seneca Falls Health Center in New York State as well as the Rochester VA Hospital. Dr. Abadom completed his undergraduate degree at Widener University in Chester, Pennsylvania where he attained a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biological Science and Environmental Science. It was while playing football for Widener University that he developed his love for chiropractic care. Dr. Abadom’s early interest includes philanthropy work demonstrated by his founding of the first annual Day of Service for his College. Dr. Abadom is Board Certified (May 2017) and currently is certified with Physical Therapy Privileges. His professional certificates include; Functional Gait analysis, Sacral Occipital Technique, sports Management and Injuries, and Thompson Drop technique. Dr. Angie Darcus grew up in Virginia Beach, VA. She went to undergrad at Norfolk State University on a full scholarship playing Division I volleyball and got her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology. She quickly decided chiropractic was the right profession while completing internship requirements during her undergraduate studies. With the opportunity to shadow she embraced the philosophy of how chiropractic can be beneficial for all populations but especially athletes. With a passion for helping people, Dr. Darcus realized then that chiropractic was the path. She went to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida. While at Palmer, she was the president of Sports Council for two years at Palmer. She was the recipient of the James Buerkle Memorial Award for exemplifying the virtues of compassion, strong leadership, commitment to service and passion for the chiropractic profession. Dr. Darcus made a couple of cross country trips for her Preceptorship including to Arizona where she worked at in integrated office much like Whole Body Healthcare.
When she is not in the office, she loves exploring new places, especially restaurants, painting, working out, and listening to music.
Alexander Elahi, DC, MS, PSP, CCSP®, PPSC, provides primary spine care for patients with back and neck pain at Key Spine Care in Frederick, Maryland. He is one of Maryland's only ccertified primary spine practitioners (PSP) and one of only 300 worldwide.
Dr. Elahi began his education at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Physics. After working as a high school physics teacher for several years, he continued his education at Logan University in Chesterfield, Missouri. His postgraduate studies include graduate coursework in Kinesiology, a master’s in sports science and rehabilitation, and a doctorate in Chiropractic.
Over his career, which now stretches over a decade, Dr. Elahi has been published in the prestigious Journal of Neurophysiology, led presentations and conference proceedings, and maintained membership in several professional associations and societies.
Currently, Dr. Elahi is a member of the Maryland Chiropractic Association and the American Chiropractic Association. He enjoys running, cycling, martial arts, and keeping up with the latest developments in modern spine treatments.
Dr. Keith Krueger grew up in both Colorado and Wisconsin, but has called Lancaster, Pa. his home since 1991. After undergraduate training at Hope College, he graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He has also completed over 200 hours of postgraduate work in spinal rehabilitation plus a comprehensive training program in whiplash and brain traumatology through the Spine Research Institute of San Diego.
Among his specialties is working with athletes of all levels to help them attain peak performance and recover from injuries. Dr. Krueger's own experience as a competitive athlete has made him particularly passionate about helping athletes return to training after suffering from sports-related injuries and conditions. Besides his drive to help people achieve wellness, Dr. Krueger also enjoys a wide array of other interests and activities such as hiking, cycling, cross country skiing and reading. He is husband to Sally and father to Caleb, Chloe & Bella.
Cam Truong, DC, is a compassionate chiropractor and the founder at MyChiropractor in Columbia, Maryland. Dr. Truong has years of providing exceptional chiropractic care for individuals who suffer from auto accident and sports injuries. She is highly experienced in a wide range of pain management techniques and truly looks forward to helping you find the best path to relief.
Dr. Truong earned her undergraduate degree in biology from the University of Maryland. She then pursued her path to becoming a chiropractor, enrolling in Texas Chiropractic College for her doctorate in chiropractic.
During her clinical training, she received advanced training in chiropractic techniques, including the Graston Technique® and Kinesio® taping method. She was also honored to be selected for internship training in sports medicine with Rice University, where she had the opportunity to perfect her skills in functional assessments and physical medicine under the guidance of Dr. Timothy Lee.
