Stephanie C. Higashi, D.C., received her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado with a major in Biochemistry. She went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude with a doctoral degree in chiropractic from the Southern California University of Health Sciences’ Los Angeles College of Chiropractic.
