“Office is disorganized. This was a rescheduled appointment. Previous appointment was scheduled and I arrived ahead of schedule, the waiting area was totally full. I was told they only had 2 rooms available and the wait would be 1 hr plus. My appointment yesterday ran about an hour, it was for a review of previous test results. When I was finally able to see the doctor he started my review and he was interrupted by several text messages. This, in my opinion, is totally unacceptable. My expectation is that he is 100% committed to our discussion and not to continuous phone interruptions.”
