Dr. Manning is currently a member of the Board of Regents for the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. He is a past president of the Western Society of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.
His expertise includes allergies, asthma, sinusitis, food allergies, drug allergies, angioedema and hereditary angioedema, hives, contact dermatitis, aspirin and other drug desensitization, and immune deficiencies. From there, she went to Albany Medical College in Albany, New York, for fellowship training in Allergy and Immunology.
In keeping with her ongoing passion for research, Dr. Khalsa has been published as a first author in peer-reviewed academic journals and has co-authored several research studies. She has also presented at national and local allergy and immunology conferences, focusing on topics such as chronic idiopathic urticaria, eosinophilia, and food protein-induced enterocolitis. Throughout her career, Dr. Khalsa has been a strong leader and educator. She plays an active role in medical student and resident education and was recently appointed Clinical Assistant Professor, Department of Pediatrics for Midwestern University and Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine.
In addition to her current board certification by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology, Dr. Khalsa is a member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.
