Jeremy Frieling, LAc, is a licensed acupuncturist and co-owner of Zen Attitude Acupuncture, with offices in Seattle and Bellevue, Washington. He began by earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Studies, minoring in Mandarin Chinese, History, and Anthropology, from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. His interest in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) eventually led him to Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington, where he received a Master of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
It was during his studies that he fully realized his two passions: serving his community and exploring Chinese culture and medicine. His deep interest led him to Shanghai, where he completed an intensive internship at a prestigious TCM hospital and saw how seamlessly Eastern and Western healing modalities could be integrated.
Jeremy specializes in pain management, women’s health, and mental and emotional well-being using acupuncture, herbal medicine, manual therapy, nutritional therapy, and lifestyle coaching. He is always open to exploring innovative treatments to better serve the needs of his community.
When he’s outside the office, Jeremy tackles outdoor adventures with his Goldendoodle, Teddy. Together, they play disc golf, go camping, or explore the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
To schedule an appointment with Jeremy, use the online scheduling tool or call the Zen Attitude Acupuncture office in Seattle, and the friendly staff will be happy to help.
